    Julie believes that all that is “wrong” with you is actually your system’s attempt to help and protect you and that what shows up in us is there for a reason and there is a good intention even in our worst symptoms. With curiosity and compassion, Julie would love to help you better understand yourself and guide you toward the healing and change you are longing for.

  • Celesta Palmer, LPC-MHSP, NCC

    Celesta dedicated to helping clients overcome the effects of past trauma and experience authentic living. With specialized training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Celesta provides a safe and supportive space for teens, adults, and couples seeking to heal from distressing life events, repair relationships with self and others, and find peace.

  • Kelly Culpepper, LPC-MHSP, NCC

    Kelly believes that it is in context of a safe and secure environment that true change is possible. Her aim is to create that space through a lens of healthy attachment, reducing shame, and sound practices. She knows that each client needs personalized care, and it is her honor to walk alongside them as they move towards transformation and empowerment.

    As a systems-focused therapist, Cody believes that people are formed within the systems they are a part of and that early experiences with parents and caregivers can be very formative in personality and identity development. Cody utilizes approaches and techniques from attachment theory, Gottman, and EFT to help individuals and couples meet their goals.

    Hannah integrates diverse frameworks and modalities to cater to the unique needs and complexities of her clients. She believes that while our past experiences undoubtedly influence who we are, they don’t have to determine who we become.

    Mary enjoys the process of listening and attending, especially to those whose voices may feel unheard, such as teens, women, and those with complex trauma. Through forming a sound therapeutic relationship, Mary is hopeful that difficult emotions will "make sense," and your story of resilience and compassion will be heard.
